Sines Engineering was established in 1986 and it’s an electrical engineering consultancy company. Initially formed as a drawing company, we have evolved into a Power System Consultancy and designer. Day after day, project after project achieved with seriousness and passion, we have gained a high experience in electrical system design and analysis. We normally provide our services for industrial plants such as thermal power plants, renewable power plants, production site, high voltage switchyard, handling machine, handling systems, etc.
Since the establishment date, we have made quality our cornerstone, recognized also by the DNV – we are ISO9001 certified since 1999. We normally take ownership of every jobs and act in the best interest of our Client and the project. We play worldwide – we are used to follow Client standards, national standards in addition of course to the international regulations. Furthermore, thanks to our experience, we can bring innovative and practical solutions to the projects.
Much water has gone under the bridge since establishment. The company is now carried on by the second generation, still willing to growth by treasuring the know-how learnt along the road.

Experts in power systems design and consultancy
We offer our know how for any stage of a project: from the preliminary design (FEED) till the detailed design. We have experience in designing the single line diagram based on the project requirements, designing the protection and metering diagrams, supplying the material requisition for electrical items, technical bid evaluations (TBE), Vendor follow-up, participation to Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
We are able to assess the design by means of network studies, such as load flow studies, short circuit studies, motor starting studies, transient stability studies, harmonic studies and relay coordination studies.
